    @MSNBCRecode @TeamYouTube @SusanWojcicki @sundarpichai Will the ad revenue from creators that will no longer meet the new thresholds go to the other creators that do? Maybe just maybe the creators that meet the threshold might just see an increase in their monthly revenue?
