Just to clarify, end screens/cards is available to all creators. It's only the "linking to external websites" from end screens/cards that today, is only available to those in YPP but again, we're working to build out separate requirements for this feature.
Yes, thank you for clarifying this! When I link to my site in cards/end screens I can give my viewers more information to help them. At the very least, please grandfather in existing links in cards/end screens. Or give us more time to qualify for it. 30 days may not be enough.
