Both made good points. you're correct, schools teach kids to hate America. They recently removed a George Washington mural because the kids were crying. But Steve is right that people can become more patriotic. Studies show that near the 4th of July people do feel more patriotic

Teaching kids to hate America is a long term strategy by the Left. It’s NOT Saul Alinsky, but the man Alinsky interpreted, Italian Communist Antonio Gramsci. Most Leftist terms came from Gramsci; “think global, act local”, cultural hegemony, long march through the institutions.

Steven is wrong here and Candace is making a great point that needs to be addressed before it is too late. Our children are being taught to hate America.
-
Also, patriotism shouldn't be attached to whether one makes strides economically, otherwise what you have is a bunch of people hating the US or loving it depending on their wallets. Rather, patriotism should be based on history and values.

I agree with you Candace. I've believed it for a while as many family members are teachers. The question is HOW do we fix it? Curious on your take.
-
Bannon explained how to fix it through policies which cause action (experiences of the advantages of capitalism). You also fix it by being good teachers/parents with each teacher bringing truth and history, and counter arguments to liberal socialism to the classroom.
