She subsequently repented and became an advocate for fairness to all people. If they’re going to excoriate her reputation because of that incident, shouldn’t they expunge the records of all the Yankees who played with that uniform on before the integration of baseball?

I love Kate Smith’s song, and I love how she sings it. The 7th inning was a powerful reminder of right. The 7th inning always made me proud of my NY Yankees. Makes me sad they gave in to PC.
