Some say voting is too much of a hassle. Some say their vote doesn’t matter. Some say the system is so corrupt that they want nothing to do with it. Where would we be if our ancestors had adopted such a negative attitude? Would we even have a nation?

Currently, we take in 2000 to 3000 immigrants per day through an orderly legal process. That is far more than any other nation on earth. This is but one of the many organized and legal processes that we have developed over the years to maintain order while exercising compassion.
