    Some say voting is too much of a hassle. Some say their vote doesn’t matter. Some say the system is so corrupt that they want nothing to do with it. Where would we be if our ancestors had adopted such a negative attitude? Would we even have a nation?

    Next week citizens of this great country have the opportunity to decide between the rule of law or another system. I guarantee that such a vote is more than worthwhile, especially for the sake of future generations.

    Currently, we take in 2000 to 3000 immigrants per day through an orderly legal process. That is far more than any other nation on earth. This is but one of the many organized and legal processes that we have developed over the years to maintain order while exercising compassion.

    But they didn’t and willingly fought for their beliefs to instill values and principles into our founding documents that resulted in a nation that remains the dream destination for millions. What other nation has caravans of people trying to get in because it is so desirable?
