LEAK: New Recruit Mode.
It's something like if you revive a player, they join your team. It's basically like you're recruiting people into a team.
Each team would consist of 20 members and 3 teams max. Last team alive wins.

As of now nothing in the files points towards it. But we can expect it in the future.

I think you've mistook 3 teams limit and 3 players per team limit.

I think it looks like you can recruit a new teammember only if your own team size is less than 3, i.e. a teammate has respawn-"timed out"
