This is not a L vs. R issue. It's a concenus from the scientific & medical community that children ages 0-15,16 (depending on area) or

when the legal age difference is larger-for example: 15 yr old and 15 yr old can consent, 16 and 23 yr old can not-are not able to mentally

developed enough to make informed, safe & cognitive decisions. When an adult pursues a "child" or a "child" seeks out a sexual relationship

(as M said he was able to seek out said relationships at that age)

the medical community has deemed that because they are medically children, they are therefore prone to being swayed & unable to give consent

to prevent sexual abuse. Even if it is a "good" & "safe" situation, developmentally it is still a taking advantage of a minor and therefore

child exploitation and abuse. I hope this thread reads ok and my point isn't lost. I've worked with children in the law systems & therefore
