First of all it’s sad that these people just video tape and laugh the man could have been killed and second if the person being hit would of had a gun and shot the guy with the concrete everyone would be crying murder

We as a society have made it ok for people like him to think that that is the way it’s supposed to be. Retaliation, defend, hurt others. We do need to get the whole story though not just a few seconds of footage.
