    Most surveilled: E NY, BK (54.4% Black 30% Hispanic 8.4% White). NYPD used FRT in 22,000 cases since 2017, refuses to disclose details. FRT works by comparing imagery w millions of faces in its databases, many scraped from sources inc social med w/o users’ knowledge/consent.

    It’s June. The UN has received 43% of the aid it needs to support 16 million people in . Every year it’s a struggle to finance the humanitarian response plan for Yemen.. yet no issues whatsoever with sales of weapons to parties of the conflict. Funny how that works.
