I found out my father had a year left to live, didn't tell me, decided he wanted to spend his whole life with me instead of a year so he took the risky surgery, my father was the bravest person I've ever known, I miss you so much and I love you Dad rest well. 
My dad is a hero, it wasn't selfish of him not to tell me, it was brave that he wanted to fight it alone and not worry me, I'll never be mad at him for protecting me so I could continue to chase my dreams and not abandon my team when they needed me, he cared that much. Love you
