CTF is a bad game mode (see 2fort) unless you are talking about 1ctf and ranked is always going to be a joke- nothing you can do about otps
LoL's system replicated somewhat is what every game should strive for, it gives incentives to want to win with real rewards at the end.

What about an ESEA/FaceIt style of matchmaking? I would pay to be able to get out of blizzards system at this point.
