question, does the extra key for Incognita grant Alpha access? I've heard it doesn't, wanted to confirm before I gave my key.

try deleting anything you downloaded, restarting steam, and then playing. Also, you're on Windows, yes?

Ah ha, a restart worked, cheers. I actually already restarted Steam, so it required two restarts for some reason!
