  9. Today, I joined a letter to House leadership opposing the proposed lifting of the ban. Earmarks were banned in 2011 because they fuel spending & corruption. It’s embarrassing that House leadership is considering bringing them back. I will do everything I can to stop it.

  20. I applaud ’s decision to deploy the National Guard to the southern border. With 1,000+ people a day crossing our borders illegally, this is a smart and effective step to restoring America’s sovereignty. We still need a border wall, & it's time for Congress to act.
