That's a direct answer to your question. The government, law enforcement, educational faculty etc are all the most overt forms, but other things like being in charge of hiring people is another example.

No you don't have to prove that they are a monolithic hive mind. Everyone has some amount of racial prejudice & White ppl benefit from the way the system already works. People like you who want to maintain the status quo is a perfect example.
