it all depends on what your budget is. check out videos from
@paulhardware or@bitwit, they've both got a decent amount of build videos to help you out, and paul does a lot of PC of the month type videos with a lot of different price points. -
also, https://pcpartpicker.com/ is a fantastic tool that lets you choose parts and automatically checks your build list for compatibility issues
