i can't believe academics are actually pushing for citations based on the author's gender & race. what about the strength of the STUDY??

How about we just encourage women to get into predominantly male heavy disciplines. This way there will be a higher number of women to cite?

I mean, there is literally a greater volume of research done by men the way to fix that is to have the same number of women in research
