Because not valuing the professions women choose as much isn't a problem & still designating women as primary care givers isn't a problem...
Many women have been convinced. There are way more women going into these fields now because ppl talked about it instead of dismissing it.

Um, idk I have mixed feeling about quotas. I think that if there is a biased practice in an industry, quotas can counter that bias.

Kinda like justifying the wrong doing as long as you get the ends meet. That kind of reasoning has been used in lots of cases like this.

I'm cool with it just not the way many people go about it that this case is something that is unfair or sexism. It's not. It's a choice.

Idk I think discouraging women from going into law or STEM ect for a long time is unfair & sexist & is a big reason for the disparity.
