Ah yes, the nuance of saying: “I’m not personally murdering Trans women of color. Trans women of color need to stop discussing this murder problem.”https://twitter.com/NuanceBro/status/1289253459070337024 …

I literally said call out the killers. Not sure in what world that means stop talking. Sounds like more talking

It’s not an issue of “Name the specific people who have murdered Trans women” They are talking about systems & social attitudes Or is that too nuanced for you to wrap your head around?

Are systems and social attitudes equally distributed across society? Or are some communities and sections of society more likely to harbor violent anti-trans attitudes and carry out those murders?

Oh, I guess we shouldn’t have talked about why racism is bad because the South was more likely to have segregation. Again, it isn’t useful to take the focus down to the level of “just deal with the individuals”, which is what you pivoted to

South isnt an individual. It's perfectly valid to focus on and address where racism is worse. I've even addressed for example how white political views in Southern counties in the U.S are still correlated based on the proportion of slaves that were present in those counties

Cool, I agree. The south isn’t an individual just like communities aren’t individuals. I didn’t expect you to agree with me so fast

Your argument is to just focus on individuals who killed Tran women

False. Communities.... sectors of society. This is the same argument as saying black lives matter vs all lives matter. Focus on where the problem primarily is. You disagree?

BLM is bring light to systemic & societal issues around racism, just like the Trans person. Neither of them are saying that our focus should be so myopic as to “Just name individuals”

I just told you I'm not talking about individuals. You keep engaging in this strawman

You said “I’m not the killer, call out the killers” who are individuals Again, systems & social attitude largely influence why people do things, which is why our focus should be on systems & social attitudes
