Do sanctions even work?

Broad economic sanctions? No It seems like sanctions that target banking, officials, & some business can help tho It’s not an end all be all that can solve problems by themselves, but it’s a start & one form of pressure

Saying that economic sanctions from imperialist, human-rights abusing arbiters of international law shouldn't be a thing seems fair enough. I can't see any easy answers. No military trade, obviously. Publicity, shaming etc seems weak but what else is there? UN peacekeeping?

Let's do nothing because our actuons may hurt people is an easy answer if you don't consider the constant cost on lives inaction takes.

'This guy' lol you know exactly who I am. Answer the question: If Chinese people should endure collective punishment for actions of their government, why should you not endure it for the actions of your government? The only answer I'm seeing is that you consider them less human.

First off, you’re the one following me. You’re not that important my dude. Secondly, yeah, you got me, I 100% think that Chinese people are less human. That’s why I’m advocating that their government stops genociding Chinese Uighurs
