So every group has to constantly fight on it's own to protect their rights? Without a State everyone is on their own. Again, my point is that a monopoly of violence is the only way rights are actually protected & enforced in a productive manner.

the state gives the illusion of protecting rights, i have to have the money to sue if my rights are being infringed. otherwise i just get fucked. and the state doesnt protect me against like, anti-trans hate crimes. it just punishes them. its just a fact.
