YouTube is not a public service. It is a business. It absolutely can ban gays or conservatives as there is no federal law forbidding it in America. Businesses cannot discriminate based on race, though.

Businesses offer services to the public. The lawsuit is about whether it should be able to discriminate. You think it should be able to ban gays. I don’t.

By that definition every private business is a "public service"

True. Most businesses offer services to the public. And?

Okay, so let’s say YouTube are a business that offer a service to the public. The point still stands. Care to address it?

Since you’re a pedant, pretend I wrote this: Do you believe YouTube should be able to offer a service to the public but reject gays, people of colour and conservatives?

I'm sorry sir, is YouTube run by the Government? Well the courts have ruled twice that PragerU isn't being discriminated against. Apparently they aren't entitled to a platform or a microphone

No. That’s why I’m not asking about the government. I’m asking about a business that offers a service to the public.

Oh, my bad. You keep saying "public service" & "free speech" so it really seems like you think that YouTube is run by the government. None of this stuff works the way you think it does & you're still contradicting your original Tweet.

I don’t think YouTube is run by the government. I never have. You seem fixated on semantics. So let’s try again. Do you think it is acceptable for a business that offers a service to the public to discriminate due to race, gender, sexuality, religious or political affiliation?
