I think that's what the person you're responding to was saying. The usage of this phrase is good here. It's about the best you can do to take into consideration, the issues neurodivergent people may face, im an empathic and non judgemental way. So I would say at least.
Basically, yes, it can be useful to anyone, but essential for various neurodivergent people. But that difference "useful" vs. "essential" is what makes the "headspace" question more associated with neurodivergent people to the point that mocking one is felt as mocking the other.

So this is my main gripe with people claiming this is ableist. I don't detect any mocking what so ever. I think it's safe to say that 99% of the non-neurodivergent people had no idea what people were talking about when that tweet was associated with ableism.
