They explicitly say this machine is cheaper than ground water. It wouldn't be cheaper than tap water in an area with lakes, but if the video is to be believed then it's a great solution for places without lakes that have to rely on aquifers. Not to mention it's automatically pure

It's basically a large dehumidifier, that's the only way how you can extract water from air. So no, it can't be efficient if your goal is to make water. It becomes cheaper to transport water rather than run this machine.
