i mean look, rudeness is rude, prejudice is prejudice. I'm not gonna be cool with anyone who discriminates against italian americans. But the point people are making is that "fredo" isn't as bad as the n word, and that seems almost absurdly uncontroversial right?
Well frado isn't, but d@go, Guine@, Guid0 etc are definitely slurs. Italians used to be really discriminated against, definitely not to the same level of Black people. Idk, the words still seem to piss off Italian Americans so I'm guessing that they still carry some weight

don't know the first one, but the other two just make me think of Jersey Shore and yes, who the hell wants to be associated with that, here we only take them as Americans. Still, seems overblowing it, but I can't really speak for Italian Americans
