Oh my brain. Pointing to generalised trends as the cause of problems is literally the Jack Thompson video game argument these folks claim to hate so much. You need definable variance to prove a trend is actively causative of a behaviour. Correlation does not equal causation!

Funny thing is this is actually a very interesting and well studied phenomenon (although paul is misusing it). Outside of PTSD collective human psychology can and does often improve in war time.
@IwriteOK actually covers this in his podcast.
