Tbh Think of it reversed. Or an analogy to another controversal topic (controversal to the person against it at least). It's important to challenge your teacher if you see issues. No authority is unquestionable What is taught greatly impacts future. It's normal to care

I would tell him to save his "I don't believe in more than 2 genders" talk for a professor who has speciality in the matter. Like when he is out of class why not take this up with his pysch or sociology professor? This dude literally started a fit in the middle of class.

“Uhhhh why cant I say my completely unfounded and wrong opinion in the middle of class but the teachers get to teach the curriculum and the school is allowed to accommodate other????? :’(((( schools really are brainwashing centers.”

Also people in the comments saying “should have had a reasonable discussion” how are people supposed to do that with people who actively ignore facts and seek info that might have a phrase that sounds kind of like what they’re saying instead? Or will just flat out go off feeling?
