This ignores the fact that the vast majority of pregnancies result from women making conscious and reasonably informed decisions. Every woman has the right, the 'autonomy', to never get pregnant. NOBODY has the right to kill a child AFTER choosing to create it.

Citation needed buddy Also, it doesn't matter if they decided to get pregnant. It's still their body & another person can't violate it, even to save their own life

That's why I like Matt Dillahunty's approach (which is a simplified version of Judith Jarvis Thomson's). Should the government be allowed to force parents to be organ donors for their own offspring? I do get frustrated w/the amount of bulverism you get from pro choice people.

Yeah, I basically use his argument. It's really good because it cuts through everything that's used to muddy the waters

You can't be in my boat against my will. But if I bring you onto my boat without your knowledge, even accidentally, I don't get to kick you out halfway across the ocean. If anything, I would owe *you* a safe trip & a ticket home, for accidentally kidnapping you.

If someone kills themself it's okay by that reasoning and should be accepted. Everyone has a right to live. To kill the unborn because the parent finds them unwanted is worse than suicide. At least the individual makes that choice. Unborn at mercy of "mother"
-
The unborn have no choice or voice! So putting more value over ones wants over ones right to live is absurd to say the least. Common sense..
