Even given that example I still acknowledge that figuring out what falls into that category isn't always simple & I say that: "...a conversation over where those lines should be drawn is a more beneficial conversation..."

So I think some of this comes down to the fact that my videos from last year were not the as well written or as clear as they should have been.

Tim brings up that I "Had the time to write a long response to him." I did, because I took my lunch break early so I could write that response to ensure that I had a say because I wasn't given any actual time frame. You can see how long it took me to write that first response.pic.twitter.com/FaF6TBjpL9

He also says that I "...didn't answer, but instead argued that..." You can see that his 2nd question & my post are within the same minute. That's because my 2nd post was not a response to his, it was a follow up to my long answer.pic.twitter.com/ByBZV9nuYg

I was in the middle of writing it when he asked the follow-up question. So I think it's a bit dishonest to imply that it was me trying to dodge a question. Maybe that wasn't his intent, but that what it looks like to me.

He then claims that I didn't answer his original question in my 1st response. But I clearly said at the end of my post that if YouTube didn't have a poor track record of enforcement & communication & made it clear that my video debunking alt-right propaganda was not acceptable-

- but alt-right propaganda videos were, I would argue that those are a very strange & bad set of principles, but I wouldn't be okay with people bypassing their Limited State.pic.twitter.com/gZrCWruvtj

I would argue against what YouTube counts as being inappropriate & deserving of censorship, not that YouTube shouldn't censor some things I can say that I think a system should exist & still criticize it if I think it functions poorly or is being exploited & not contradict myself

If Tim agrees that some things i.e. terrorist execution videos or calls to violence, should be censored, wouldn't he fall into the same supposed dilemma that he claims I am in if one of his videos is flagged? We would just disagree on where the line should be drawn.

Finally, there is his argument "If the far right videos have more views wouldn't it make sense that the left mass flags them as well"

I don't know of any Leftist groups that target & mass flag videos. As pointed out already, we know that these exist on the far right.

I would argue that if propaganda videos are allowed by YouTube, but videos debunking them are not, then that is an example of the system not working or being applied unevenly, which Tim even agrees with at the end of his video. But that doesn't mean a system should exist at all.
