Does this happen across browsers/devices? Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies to check if you are able to see the videos? More info: https://goo.gl/oSxzzw . Also, have you tried using a different device or browser to check if that resolves the issue?

The issue persists across devices though it is not a video issue but an issue with the community post section itself. I’ve checked this on another computer and browser as well. It appears to not effect all comments and is inconsistent in saving replies.
