That's odd! Just to check, have you tried switching networks to see if there's any difference? Also, do you see this happening across different browsers as well as devices? Keep us posted.

I used safari via my phone and chrome on the pc, again the main account will allow me to change all settings but my sons sub won’t neither will any other sub on it

No I haven’t tried that app yet, we have several devices it’s just easier for him to flip accounts. If I give you his ID could you change his age to 7 from 18-45?

He has subbed to his favourite you tubers and knows how to use the proper app, the kids app seems a bit mixed, I’m looking at it now and I don’t understand it.

Is this family link to lock a full device? My kid uses several device including mine and my girlfriends phone, surly there is an easier way to change his age or to allow me to create a kids account connected to my account >.<
