My "" predictions for 2020: 1) People keep focus on for Sk8s sake, rather than what it enables 2) Orgs will try AI/ML over focusing on cultural challenges 3) Orgs will scale, rather than improve fundamentals, ie 4) The industry improves overall. Slowly..

The most information dense book I've read recently is Site Reliability Engineering . All the content is gold, if some chapters become a bit academic or too deep for my uses. The mindset of Error Budgets is a brilliant challenge.
