Hi there. Have you tried uninstalling the app, restarting your device and reinstalling the app to check if that fixes the issue? Let us know.

Yes. I uninstall app updates every day several times a day to get it working. App launches then automatically updates itself every time and won't launch until I uninstall updates again. Been going on for months. Restarts make no difference. Sony XBR-55X900C is my TV.

Still encountering this problem every time now. Kind of sucks to have to do this every time my kid wants to watch Stompy the Bear.
