I've been following this closely and I knew Rand had his voice heard again. All libertarians should look at Trump in 2020 as he and Rand have far more in common than they differ. 2018 will be a great year if Trump continues to keep his promises. God Bless.

Thank you, Rand! I've also noticed that direct primary care is becoming a lot more popular because it's less expensive.http://www.businessinsider.com/direct-primary-care-a-no-insurance-healthcare-model-2017-3 …

My husband is self employed and only has one person who works with him. Will we be able to afford/offer health insurance without the incredibly high deductible plans of Obamacare? Time will tell but I hope the little man isn't forgotten..
-
This is huge news! Won’t be free but now small business will be able to join together as associations and get the same deals as big business on health plans.

Great News! Next step is to add HR 365/S 1358 to any upcoming spending or extender bill

Great news, but we won't be totally satisfied until ODUMA care is fully repealed and killed!

Sounds good in theory but historically AHIP’s struggle or fail. A) cost at source (hospitals/doctors) still biggest hurdle overall for ALL healthcare, B) placing wellness initiatives and penalties for lack of engagement have to be utilized. Otherwise no change will happen.
-
AND Rx! Pharmacy must be addressed. Rx markup and over utilization combined is a HUGE factor. Consumers must be more engaged overall with better tools to make personal decisions.

If it is good enough for us then it should be mandatory that everyone, including Congress should use it, your lives are no greater than ours.
-
Completely agree. If that really happened congress would instantly repeal ACA!
-
Indeed they would and should!

This is a lie and the people of Kentucky are not stupid enough to believe it. You undermine their access to affordable care under ACA at every turn.
-
U mean fleecing some to pay for others via thinly veiled redistribution schemes?

Employment-based healthcare is unique to the United States and is one of the structural problems with our system. You should not be applauding this ill-conceived initiative.
-
I more or less agree, but cost is the largest issue. All healthcare solutions so far have just been aimed at enabling more people to pay whatever ridiculous prices the healthcare industry asks for. Goal should be to lower costs.
