If it isn't they need to really re-visit their statutes. In my state, if you require hospitalization or, more than first responder level medical care, it's a felony.

This guy needs to be charged with a felony! I’ve been disappointed in Senator Paul’s support for the POTUS but leaving that aside....THIS is unacceptable and outrageous! I will stand by him for this & pray he begins to understand the level some people will take their hatred to.
