You know your employer tells you when your hired what they want to pay you, you can then decide if that's a fair price for your labor. You can also work a lot paying job while searching for a higher paying job and quit the lower paying one Your not a slave

Sort of amazing that the same First Amendment that allows unlimited political contributions to SuperPACS also somehow bans union dues.

Why should non-union members be forced to pay union dues? Last time I checked, I don't have a super PAC due coming out of my check involuntarily.

Every employee should be negotiating their own terms of employment and pay so that doesn’t sound like a bad idea at all.

So women and minority’s will continue to be paid less for the same work? How about health care ? Or a retirement?

          2. To say minorities or women getting paid less for the “same work” isn’t true because there are far too many variables at play. If an employee is more valuable the employer will pay them more. An employer will offer healthcare and retirement if they want better employees.

You are misrepresenting what those statistics actually mean. Just because a woman makes less does not mean they are doing the same work it means those are average salaries. Women CHOOSE to go into fields that pay less, less dangerous, work less hours etc
