War is business. Money is funneled from the tax payers pockets to the elites who own the companies that supply the military. Those same company owners fund the politicians who make the decisions. It’s never ending. We may not agree on much Mr Paul but I hope we agree on this

Like Paul you need a history lesson. If the world was perfect your ideas would work. The world is not perfect, never has been. It won't be until Jesus comes back.

Hey dude! Jesus does not promote war, nor should his followers. Pay attention in church.

When the US will learn from other countries, they will save lives and dollars. Did the US really think they could succeed where the Russians failed? Wasn't Vietnam enough of a learning experience?

If that's true, why didn't Obama get us out? Pretty asinine and myopic to look back a dozen plus years and blame "the Bushes" for a war to which "the Obamas" added 68,000 troops. "Oil Barrons." That's rich.

Nope, none other than: lessons not learned. When will you learn that Democrats and Republicans politicians are all alike? Ego bound, even if they start in politics “for the good of the country”, sooner or later that ethic is compromised.

There is no reason a single American soldier should be in Afghanistan today. No economic or social reason. Stop the insanity.
