    Courts should hand down stiffer sanctions for abusive litigation. I know I’ve been saying that since the Nineties, it was a theme of my first book, but - seriously! - I’m right. It is so overdue.

    Yeah, people are really overthinking this. In the short term that are going to be far more demand than supply. By the time young people are eligible control efforts might be far enough along that coercion might not be necessary or even helpful.
