    I switched on my phone and within 10 minutes got sms from Jio that my full 2 GB data is consumed! I made no call, used no internet? How my data (2GB) can vanish in 10 minutes without use? Idea Vodafone unable to provide 4G, not even 3G for many months but they send bill on time

    Ola, you may submit your reply as to how and why you debit cancellation fee to users when cab drivers cancel themselves or force the customers to cancel. If no reply is received by EoD today, this case will go to Transport Commissioners Office. All costs and risk will be yours

    He asked me to cancel. I had no choice as I can’t book again till old booking is cancelled. I canceled. I saw a charge of 25 in my account while I had canceled with reason “driver refused”. Is your app based on cheating? How do you charge customers when your own drivers refuse
