Yeah, but the content we actually want to watch isn't making YouTube that sweet, sweet ad revenue. It only makes sense to sneakily steer you away from certain content over to content that pads their bankroll.

Yeah well it doesn't incentivise me when it starts throwing me at Vietnamese vlogs of toddlers, which I have as low an interest as watching random Asian toddlers unboxing El generico toys
