But I have a solution: you can smoke it in your own place, or in designated pot bars. If you smoke it on the street, I won’t send you to jail but you owe the city $1,000. Lord knows those of us with cars have done our fair share for the municipal budget.

Weed smells and smoking it in public is certainly a menace, but if we’re doing this can we also levy crippling fines on horrendous architecture?
