The AP article referenced checks the claim that Smartmatic has ownership of Dominion and convincingly demonstrates that no, Smartmatic has no ownership of Dominion.

It is ridiculous to characterize the AP of "peddling a narrative" by simply quoting an official statement by one of the companies in question.

Sigh. It was a worldwide sublicense of “certain voting system technology and patent rights” with a noncompete clause for use of that particular tech in thr US. It was terminated in 2012. 8 years ago.
