I don’t see it quite that way. He is simply saying don’t over promise and under deliver. If there is evidence share it. If you can’t share it tell us why. It wasn’t an ad hominem attack as much as simply a “show me don’t tell me” moment.
The whole team said at the presser why they wouldn’t be furnishing media with details in advance of cases. No special treatment, and certainly not for Fox.

The problem is this will be tried in the court of public opinion long before it makes it to the courts. There is a January 20th expiration on this, and I don’t see an unfriendly court system move it forward.

A lot sooner than January 20th. The electors will vote on December 14th. Deadline for states to name electors is December 8th. No chance of litigation changing anything. If there were meaningful evidence of enormous fraud, the lawyers would be shouting it from the rooftops.

I totally support the
#Trump team's position of not wanting to release evidence ahead of their court cases, but I do also appreciate Tucker's position of not wanting to make strong statements on a mainstream platform without being able to properly evidence them. -
I can literally guarantee that Trump’s “elite legal team” has no credible evidence (the kind that holds up in court of law). They’re just trying to muddy the legal water w/ conspiracies, “affidavits” & baseless allegations. Sane republicans have left the room. And the party.
