2/ Polling places which weren't open in time, concerns over interference in the voting process, scanning machines not working, partisan "assistance" instead stations, people who were refused access, poll watchers not allowed in...
3/ A lot of the concerns here in Philly are due to the fact that people don't have proper access to the count and the real-time numbers are so delayed. So even for injunctions and lawsuits that need filing TODAY, data isn't available.
