We should consider polls like this contributions in kind to the Biden campaign. They don’t exist to inform nor take the public temperature. They exist to campaign off.

It's not misleading. They actively sought out Independents, giving them a larger chunk of the poll than either Dems or GOP. The Dem-GOP split was 33-28.
