Saving Human life is more important than Constitution at the moment.

You and I probably agree on many things, but not in this case. We cannot throw out the Bill of Rights, most sacred secular document of the land. That would set up a dangerous precedent.

Americans referring to the constitution in all arguments, is a pet peeve to me. A piece of paper written in 1787, does not correlate to modern times.
