3-5% of postal customers are moving, forwarding mail at any time of the year! The best registration data base is probably 5% out of date! Even with no fraud there will be 4 mil.+ votes contested. UNACCEPTABLE!

I am an election security advisor (EU & UN) Mail-in ballots are open to misuse simply due to the chain of custody being broken..there should be no break between eligiblity, you, the vote, the count, the outcome, each element independently observed & reported

I have worked polls and ballot counting in 3 different States...processing may be slightly different....maintaining double custody and bipartisan custody during processing is observable by poll watchers such as yourself.
