Yes, I apologize, I didn’t realize that defending the British Empire’s worst leader was an important part of being of. being an American republican. Would you rather Churchill and Montgomery in overall command?

And I am an American and a republican. Hence my lack of concern for a leader of the British Empire. I wish Churchill more actively fought fascism in the 1930s and was more competent in the Norwegian campaign, of course.
