I’ve been in DC for 4 years now. I’ve met thousands of people. Maybe tens of thousands. I can count on two hands the number of people I like here.

Watch closely who gets attacked from all sides. Then you know who to trust. Good examples:
@Harlan and@JackPosobiec. But both of them can bite their tongues better than I can. I ooze scorn when bad people are around. They smartly walk the other way. I growl and bark.Show this thread

I worked for a company that had a project with a sub-grantee of USAID. That was enough dealing with government people to last me a lifetime. I actually thought I would be very sarcastic & rude at a dinner meeting so I'd never be invited again but people found it 'charming'
