What do you mean by scarcely washed? And scarcely literate? Do you realise this is in Oxford and many of the protesters are students?
What I mean is that young AntiFa types are crusty, useless, layabouts. And Oxford (and all your other “elite” institutions) churn out idiotic zombies who know nothing about reason or debate. Hence they turn into a mob. Like the video above. (And hence I have to explain this.)
